The Main Game
I'm currently all-in on a high-growth SaaS platform. My focus is on scaling operations and experimenting with AI to remove friction to remove friction—the goal is simple: make the system better than it was yesterday.
The Lab
Experimenting with an ultra-mobile work setup. I'm testing if a phone, a foldable keyboard, and a portable display can actually handle a full day of deep work. It's a fun exercise in digital minimalism.
On Two Wheels
Getting some maintenance done on my bike after a recent solo trip. Currently mapping out a few low-key weekend routes to clear my head and test some new gear.
Co-op Mode
Balancing the "Golden Blocks" of deep work with gaming sessions with my kid. We're currently working our way through Cat Quest 3—it's a great way to bond and a surprisingly good lesson in teamwork.
